SWG: Beyond Staff will never ask for your password. Persons attempting to get you to divulge such details should be reported to a member of staff immediately. We ask you to ignore or delete any such requests.
This service requires you to enter various details for account registration. This information must be correct and failure to do so may lead to account suspension or termination.
Likewise, by agreeing to these terms you agree that you will only create one account on this service. If there are multiple individuals who wish to play within the same IP address, it is critical for them to contact the administrators of this service or file a “Multiple Account Request” on the forums.
In addition, it is advised that you notify administrators or any member of SWG: Beyond Staff if you are planning to play your account in a new location, specifically if the IP address change is drastic, such as another country. Failing to do so may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently terminated depending on the amount of violations on the account. This is considered “Account Sharing” and is strictly against the rules of SWG: Beyond. Some short-term exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances, but they must be approved by SWG: Beyond administrators first.
Any type of digital item or perk that is gained through the forums or the game belongs to you the user. If these perks or items cannot be traded in a conventional way, for example the item is not flagged as “tradable”, you may not trade it in any other form. This means but is not limited to “selling” your account or giving access to certain features of your account. Likewise, you may not transfer any virtual property (any items obtained within Star Wars Galaxies) for anything that would be considered or implied as “real world” gain. Subsequently, selling, buying or trading in-game currency (“credits”) or items that are worth in-game currency for “real world” currency or items that have any “real world” value is strictly forbidden.
