A very well managed hotel property which is conveniently located in the city. The mall attached to it and the nearby metro station make it an obvious choice for travellers and shoppers alike. Warm hospitality and a friendly staff makes the hotel stay very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide range with plenty of choices. Ranjan at the live egg station is skilled at his work. Mohammed Sheik the Rooms Division manager, Donna and Ehasan at the front desk were simply wonderful. A highly recommended hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dubai.

This hotel has great services and staff. Special mention to reception lady name Princess. She is very great at her work she make sure that all of us is comfortable. Juan is an execellent leader and very friendly. Kim is very energetic and accomodating.

Kim in lounge is very attentive even busy time she is going great job assisting me and remembering order and checking if everything was great and princess also is great hostess assisting and very friendly along with mr juan helping me with my questions i can see he knows his job very well by the way he manages all. Hotel stay is very nice specially the service in lounge with kim , lakshika, princess together with Mr.juan. Kim always makes service customized and memorized our order for the stay that makes us feel special also for lakshika in the breakfast she always manage to check us . Princess and Mr. Juan are always one call away for everything we needed form meetings til check out. VERY GOOD TEAM FOR LOUNGE SERVICE WAS ABOVE EXCELLENCE

I especially want to mention that I have a good experience due to one of the manager named as Juan. What a good host!! I stayed there only due to his hospitality . He is very gentle and an awesome guest experience manager!! I would love to visit again.
